House Rules & Info

• Adults‑only — maximum 2 guests.

• ​Due to safety and insurance requirements, we're unable to accommodate infants, children, or pets.

• No smoking or vaping.

• Quiet hours 10pm–7am. No loud music, parties, or disruptive behaviour.

• Guests have exclusive use of the entire cottage, its front verandah, front garden area, and front driveway. Other areas of the property are private.

• In the event of an emergency dial 000. Host contact info is in the welcome pack.

• Check-out is by 10am. Turn off lights and appliances, and after locking up place the keys in the lockbox near the front door.​​
