• Maximum of 2 adult guests

• Sorry, we're unable to accommodate children or pets

• No smoking or vaping

• Quiet hours 10pm–7am. No loud music, parties, or disruptive behaviour

• Guest areas include the cottage, front verandah, and driveway. Other areas are private

• In the event of an emergency dial 000. Host contact info is in the welcome pack

• Check-out is by 10 am. Please leave the cottage tidy, wash dishes, turn off appliances, and after locking up place the keys in the lockbox near the front door
