House Rules & Info

• Adults‑only — maximum 2 guests.

• ​Due to safety and insurance requirements, we're unable to accommodate infants, children, or pets.

• No smoking or vaping.

• Quiet hours 10pm–7am. No loud music, parties, or disruptive behaviour.

• Guest areas include the cottage and its front verandah, plus the front garden and driveway. Other areas of the property are private.

• In the event of an emergency dial 000. Host contact info is in the welcome pack.

• Check-out is by 10am. Please leave the cottage tidy, wash dishes, turn off appliances, and after locking up place the keys in the lockbox near the front door.​​
